My only negative is that sometimes, after a long period of time, the sounds will start to freak out - like stutter, and notes get jumbled up. You can use it to achieve any type of EP sound, basically. It is the most customisable EP out there without a doubt, thanks to it's EQ, compression and effect capabilities( among others). Yes, it is more expensive but you totally get what you pay for in terms of sound quality and as I said before, versatility. If you're trying to decide on which Electric Piano plug in to get and can only afford one, then I whole heartedly recommend UA Electra over all others. But I would say that this UA instrument is the most versatile. They all have different sounds and characters and therefore can serve different purposes. I use Electric Pianos a lot in my music and as such, have tried a few different plug ins: I own the Electric 88 by Waves, two Scarbee Electric Pianos by Native Instruments and now the Electra by UA. I don't usually write product reviews but in this case, I've made an exception because it's so good!
